There were some rather icy conditions around our fair city today, but never fear. For the most part, it’s safe again to travel, and you – yes you, music lover – have a show to catch tonight at Hotel Vegas. Your Austin Music Minute host got word that the show is still on and happening inside the venue, where it’s nice and toasty warm.
The heat’s turned up this evening with garage rock/surf punk warriors Mean Jolene on the bill, and that also includes sets by Denver band The Dirty Few, AMM heartthrobs Residual Kid, The Lochness Mobsters, and making a splendid debut with their new single “Step Into the Light,” it’s Deals.
Just like the AMM said today: Locked and loaded. Doors open at 9 p.m. You got this. Bundle up in your most badass winter threads and do it. Recommended.
