My KUTX: Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown has carved out a nice little kingdom here in Austin. He runs a record store called Exploded Records; a monthly event called Exploded Drawing, which features a night of original music from six different producers (and it celebrates its sixth anniversary on August 26); and he also makes his own electronic music under the name Soundfounder. This week on My KUTX, Brown tips his hat to his influences and favorite artists, telling his life’s story through music. Tune in Saturday, August 13 at 6 p.m. or listen anytime at the bottom of the page.
