Texas born and raised, DJ Chorizo Funk, is one of the most well-known DJs in Austin. He even won a Best of Austin Critic’s Choice Award for Best Dangerous Body Rocker in 2013. He’s one third of the team that brings you Body Rock ATX, a monthly dance party that happens at Sahara Lounge, and a member of the Peligrosa collective. DJ Chorizo Funk’s ability to fuse a wide array of genres such as Afro-Latin, Funk, Soul, Hip-Hop and more make him one of the best assets to have at your party.
