You may recall your humble Austin Music Minute host had the honor of traveling with this year’s Project ATX6 artists to Angers, France for Austin Week in Angers back in September. This week, Austin welcomes visitors from its sister city for Angers Week in Austin, a cultural exchange featuring everything from art to music to cuisine.
The celebrations continue tonight at The ABGB, 1305 W. Oltorf, with live performances by Project ATX6 artist Beth Chrisman, songwriter Doug Strahan, and Angers band Cherry Plum (featured on today’s AMM).
Get going right now – the music kicks off with Cherry Plum at 7 p.m. Very recommended.
