Who: Portland-based band Blitzen Trapper released their eighth studio album this month, All Across This Land, definitely another praiseworthy collection of Eric Early‘s fantastic songwriting, and master storytelling that makes each track so relatable. While there’s no denying that Blitzen Trapper’s style is fueled by early ‘70s-era rock and country influences, there are multiple genres at work, keeping it fresh.
What: Make sure you tune in to Blitzen Trapper’s Studio 1A performance tomorrow afternoon on KUTX, which will get you ready for their show at the Parish.
When and where: Tomorrow night at the Parish, 214 E. 6th. Doors at 8 p.m., and the music begins at 9 p.m. with The Domestics. Very recommended.
