This is an absolute delight. Austin-based label Punctum Records is featuring two of its artists tonight at an incredible space for a new music series, Second Saturdays, hosted by the Austin Bouldering Project.
Yes, that is, indeed, a hot spot for indoor climbing recreation – NO, your humble Austin Music Minute host is too chicken for even those heights to try it – but the studio also has a special area just for this evening’s occasion. Songwriter Taft Mashburn, front man and creative mind behind TAFT (featured on today’s AMM), recently shared a photo of the space that you see in today’s AMM post.
Don’t miss tonight’s set of performances at 979 Springdale Rd., #150, featuring two incredible and evocative bands, TAFT and Lomelda. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the music starts at 8 p.m. This one comes very recommended.
