When you head out to the Mohawk this evening to catch The Sun Machine, make it a point to get there early. Annabelle Chairlegs will start out the night perfectly. And today’s Austin Music Minute puts the spotlight on Annabelle Chairlegs’ front woman and songwriter Lindsey Mackin, whose vocals give a punk edge to the band’s simmering, spacey surf/psych-rock.
Doors open at 9 p.m., and following Annabelle Chairlegs is neo-psych rockers TeeVee. Great line-up all around. This one comes very recommended.
