Cosmic dream-weavers Casual Strangers must have had headphone-listening in mind when they recorded the richly atmospheric Pink Panther. Get the cans on, sit back, and just absorb the fantastic voyage of experimental, improvisational sonic explorations. Farfisa synth heaven, baby.
It’s also a tremendous live experience, and you have the perfect opportunity to hear for yourself tonight at Casual Strangers’ Saturday residency show at Indian Roller, 10006 Manchaca Rd. Always a great performance by this talented quartet, and they’re very happy to be joined on the bill by two other excellent bands ready to melt faces, Residual Kid and The Bluebonnets.
