– Raw Paw‘s Ditch the Fest Fest continues today at the Scoot Inn, 1308 E. 4th St. at Navasota. Lots of local artists to enjoy, including Mother Merey & The Black Dirt, Slomo Drags, Black Books and Danny Malone. Truly an appreciation celebration. Doors open at 7 p.m.
– Those crazy dudes of Saustex Records and roots renegades the Hickoids proudly and defiantly bring you the Austin Corn Lover’s Fiesta, with another killer show today at The White Horse, 500 Comal St. Get all rowdy with The Beaumonts, the Hickoids (of course), Churchwood, and all hail Rosie Flores & The Rivetors. The music starts at 9 p.m.
– Cheer Up Charlie’s presents All Tamara’s Parties 4.0, 1104 E. 6th St. Hats off to all at Cheer Up for this event, which includes performances by Feverbones, videoing, Palit, Party Girl, The Sour Notes and many others. The music starts at 6 p.m.
