Music lover, it’s round three of the Hot Summer Nights music series. You get to see a ton of outstanding bands for free at participating venues. And just how many bands? Countless.
Your humble Austin Music Minute host can offer a few recommendations to peruse for your adventures tonight: Golden Dawn Arkestra with CAPYAC at Stubb’s; Glassing, Big Bill and The Zoltars at The Sidewinder; Magna Carda and My Empty Phantom at Cheer Up Charlie’s; The Reputations at Waller Ballroom; Israel Nash at Empire Control Room; and, as featured on today’s AMM, ma brutha Matthew Logan Vasquez taking over the outside stage at the Mohawk, along with Mike & The Moonpies, Moving Panoramas (all the M’s here), and Letting Up Despite Great Faults. She Sir is playing on the inside stage.
If you have any leftover energy tomorrow night, the AMM recommends you really, really should go see The Golden Boys at Barracuda.
Remember to hydrate. And also keep in mind that this is not a complete list. Visit Do512 for details.
