Chances are very good you’ve heard many of your friendly neighborhood KUTX hosts talk about Kids In A New Groove before. It’s a local nonprofit providing youth in foster care with free, weekly music mentorship, a dedicated one-on-one program, through private musical instruction. Every year, Kids In A New Groove hosts a number of awesome events in support of all the work they do, and this year, that includes the KING Concert Club music series.
Kids In A New Groove is wrapping up their 2018 KING Concert Club series with a show featuring Kalu and The Electric Joint, tonight at The North Door, 501 Brushy St. Enjoy a great set by Kalu and his band, while supporting a most worthy cause. This special events starts at 7 p.m. Recommended.
