Party at the Hole

Yet again, the Austin Music Minute is faced with a most delightful dilemma – another fantastic music-filled Friday with so many good shows to choose from. Too many good shows. Such is often the case in our fair city. Insert heavy sigh here. Tonight, the AMM spotlight shines on a lovely party going down just across the street from KUTX at the Hole In the Wall, 2538 Guadalupe.

Who in blazes put this line-up together?! Your humble AMM host wants to shake yo hand. Check it:

-There’s a damn good reason you swoon and get hearts in your eyes whenever you hear any tracks from Don’t Dwell. Take in the gorgeous, dreamy pop of Star Parks at midnight.

-Absolutely solid, and they just keep getting better. Massive pop-rock jams with A. Sinclair at 11 p.m.

-Just imagine a wild romp with a badass rock-and-glam meld. Behold the reckless dazzle that is Glass Grapes, who play at 10 p.m.

-This is how to start the night out right. Get pumped with the melodic grooves of pop-rockers Lola Tried at 9 p.m.

Oh em gee, this is all so very good. Recommended.
