Head out to Radio Coffee and Beer, 4204 Manchaca, for a splendid set of performances by Tropicalia-infused experimental yacht-rock maestro Abram Shook; Denton, TX-based red-beardy craftsman of semi-optimistic lyrical beauty Wesley Jensen; and new Austin Music Minute fave, the whimsical rainbow-laser avant-garde folk-rockers Batty Jr.
It’s about to get extra-delightful. No, really. Batty Jr. starts the night out at 9 p.m. Get there early to catch all three performances. You’ll thank the AMM later. Very recommended.
