What: A lovely little Christmas musical, called Wild Bill’s Honky Tonk Holidaze, a wild and sordid tale of the holidays gone completely wrong, and Santa’s in a whole mess of trouble. Who will save the day?! You may recognize some friends joining in on the fun, by the way (can you say…Whiskey Shivers?).
When: The final performance of the year is tonight at 9:30 p.m.
Where: The White Horse, 500 Comal St. Then stick around for sets by the McMercy Family Band and The White Ghost Shivers.
Why: Proceeds benefit Mobile Loaves and Fishes. A most worthy cause! Please show your support. Besides which, the show is damn funny. Who can resist songs like “Jesus Is the Reason For the Season (But I Am the Reason She’s Leavin’)”? Recommended.
