Welcome to one totally cosmic celebration that kicks off tonight. Intergalactic psych groove collective Golden Dawn Arkestra has teamed up with Eastside venue The Electric Church to present the Saturnalia Festival, four days of music and art, food and local vendors at various Eastside venues, including The Electric Church, 5018 E. Cesar Chavez; Hotel Vegas, 1500 E. 6th, Sahara Lounge, 1413 Webberville Rd.; and the Webberville Road Baptist Church, 1405 Webberville Rd. Seriously, the line-up is epic: The Sun Machine, Octopus Project, Think No Think, Zoumountchi, Golden Dawn Arkestra, Amplified Heat, The Millbrook Estates, and Hard Proof, just to name a few.

Tonight’s show at The Electric Church includes Trance Farmers, The Nymphs, Christian Bland and The Revelators (featured on today’s Austin Music Minute), and Continental Drift. The music starts at 10 p.m. So very recommended all around.
