Space rockers Ocean of Stars, featuring songwriter and guitarist Danny G at the helm, are kicking of a July Tuesday-night residency tonight at Beerland, 711 1/2 Red River. Doors open early at 6:30 p.m., and the music starts at around 7:30 p.m. And, in the band’s own words, there’s no cover to ride this spaceship. Recommended intergalactic happy hour.
