DRINT

My KUTX // June 19, 2021

DRINT is an Austin-based artist who blends his love of R&B with big pop hooks. Earlier this year, he released “Give It All Away,” a new single that builds on the momentum of his 2020 EP Don’t Save Me. This week on My KUTX, DRINT takes over as our guest DJ for a special set of songs commemorating Juneteenth. For DRINT, Juneteenth is a celebration of Black joy, family, and culture. His playlist is a perfect reflection of this, featuring the incredible vocal skill of Donny Hathaway, Beyoncé’s party-starting anthems, Kendrick Lamar’s resistance, and more. Hear DRINT’s My KUTX on Saturday, June 19th at 6 p.m. or listen anytime in the player above.
