On August 4-6, Hot Summer Nights returns to venues across the Red River Cultural District. This is the 5th iteration of the free live music festival, which features 100+ Austin bands playing eleven stages.
This week on My KUTX, our guest DJ is Steve Sternschein. He’s the president of the Red River Cultural District’s board, co-owner of the event booking company Resound Presents, and helps run Empire Control Room + Garage and the Parish. Steve previews Hot Summer Nights as well as Pizza Jam, a “jam session of your dreams” happening at the Parish on July 31.
