Levitation Fest–formerly Austin Psych Fest–returns to Carson Creek Ranch the weekend of April 29-May 1, and this year’s lineup may be the best in the Fest’s nine years: Brian Wilson (playing the Beach Boys’ Pet Sounds), Courtney Barnett, Flying Lotus, the Arcs, and a whole bunch more.
The Black Angels’ Alex Maas and Christian Bland curate the fest every year, and they’re back as the guest DJs on My KUTX this week, spinning some of their favorites that will be Levitating next weekend. Tune in Saturday night at 6 p.m. or listen anytime in the player at the bottom of the page.
