Amarah Ulghani and Jared Boulanger have been making music in Austin for ten years with their pop/rock outfit the Sour Notes, but recently the two changed course, diving deep into dance music, and Memory Keepers is the duo’s electronic outlet. The group has a 7″ single to its name and a full-length debut on the way, but for now, you can catch them on their upcoming tour and on My KUTX this week. Listen to Memory Keepers’ electronically-inspired guest DJ set on Saturday, June 30, 6 to 7 p.m. or anytime at the bottom of the page.
