Ian Orth is a music fan, music maker, and music industry professional. His monthly dance party Learning Secrets–featuring guest DJs like LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy, Moby, and more–just turned fifteen years old. Recently, he released the album Fable Living under his electro-dance project Orthy, and you can also find him as the marketing and creative director at Margin Walker Presents, one of Austin’s premier events promoters. As a walking embodiment of Love Austin Music Month, we’re letting Orth kick off the celebration with his very own guest DJ set, featuring an hour of his favorite party-starting jams.
