This past weekend, Austin musician and producer Seth Gibbs passed away after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of stomach cancer just a few months ago. As a musician, Seth was best known for his part in forming the pop-punk band Bobby Jealousy. More recently, Gibbs helped found the retro-rock outfit The Reputations. Not only a talented multi-instrumentalist and superb songwriter Seth Gibbs was also notoriously generous with his engineering skills and homemade recording studio, Sweetheart Studios.
