KUTX and Threadgill’s World HQ are teaming up so you can enjoy great live music in the garden, while helping alleviate food insecurity in our community. Join us every Friday in July for a FREE concert with some of our favorite local bands, where we’ll be collecting non-perishable food items for the Central Texas Food Bank.
Summer is a time of high need for Central Texans facing hunger. 1 in 5 children in our area are at risk for hunger; that food insecurity increases when school’s out for summer, and kids don’t have access to their school’s lunch program. You can join KUTX and Threadgill’s in helping the Central Texas Food Bank by bringing non-perishable food items for the collection bin at all Back to the Garden shows. Help your neighbors in need while enjoying music from some of the best music Austin has to offer!
Back to the Garden is generously supported by Austin Laser Dentist Helen Ragsdale, DDS.
