KUTX Live at X Games 2014 Sunday 6.8.14

KUTX is excited to be  a sponsor of the X Games Austin happening June 5 – 8, 2014 at Circuit of the Americas. This is the first X Games in Texas and we can’t wait to show them what we’re all about. We’ll be presenting a local music stage Friday – Sunday with some of our favorite Austin bands. Make sure to come out and support local music and this great event happening in the ATX.

Mirror Travel Sunday, June 8th at 11:30 a.m.

The trio that makes up Mirror Travel is native to Austin. They have a unique indie rock sound that captivates the audience.  The lightness of their music makes it impossible to turn away as it flows through the air. Hear their gentle take on indie rock Sunday, June 8th on the KUTX Stage at X Games 2014. They are scheduled to perform at 11:30 a.m. so don’t be late!

Emily Wolfe Sunday, June 8th at 1:15 p.m.

The musical talents of Austin native Emily Wolfe combines soft and slow melodies with fast-paced firecracker songs in her album Mechanical Hands. Versatile Emily Wolfe, singer, songwriter and guitarist, produces multiple tracks that have crowd-pleasing melodies. She will be gracing the KUTX Stage at X Games 2014 Sunday, June 8th at 1:15 p.m.

Little Radar Sunday, June 8th at 3:15 p.m.

Austinites Little Radar gives a new twist on post-indie rock as they combine musical elements of guitar solos and original lyrics to jam out to. Just releasing their first album title Souvenirs, this band brings something new to the stage that is sure to please your ears. The four man band will be performing on the KUTX Stage at X Games 2014 Sunday, June 8th at 3:15 p.m.

My Jerusalem Sunday, June 8th at 5:15 p.m.

Dark toned band My Jerusalem’s sound is what they call Gothic Soul. Taking on a darker sound with their latest release, My Jerusalem combines keyboard strains with their dark musical sound. Come check them out at X Games 2014 on the KUTX Stage Sunday, June 8th at 5:15 p.m.
