My KUTX: Margaret Glaspy

New York’s Margaret Glaspy released an exceptional debut album last year called Emotions & Math, and it’s the kind of album that slowly works its way into your head. That’s thanks to Glaspy’s wonderful way of writing songs that are both disarmingly sweet and a little jagged around the edges. This week on My KUTX, she shows off her wide range of influences with a guest DJ set that veers from introspective folk and dance-pop to hip-hop and political rock. Tune in on Saturday, February 4 at 6 p.m. or listen anytime at the bottom of the page.
