My KUTX: Walker Lukens

KUTX’s Artist of the Month Walker Lukens turned heads with his 2013 album Devoted. Outlets across the country–including NPR and yours truly–hailed the record for its blend of piano-led pop and loop-based experiments. With a new band in tow, the Side Arms, Lukens has a new album coming out soon that hopes to expand on these ideas. His guest DJ episode hints at his diverse influences. Tune in Saturday at 6 p.m. or anytime in the player below!
