When creating their latest album, Don’t You Think You’ve Had Enough?, sibling duo Jessie and Jennifer Clavin wrote from a place of sobriety for the first time. With a newfound sense of strength and bravery in the light of facing addiction and letting go of the past, the resulting sound was one of courage, honesty, and sonic ambition. Produced with Shane Stoneback (Vampire Weekend, Sleigh Bells), Bleached pushed the boundaries of their soundscape in exciting new ways while continuing to keep their signature sharp songwriting and melodies at the forefront.
