As an introduction this past April, LeMay released SONTALK: Act I EP, with lead single “I Am a War Machine” garnering praise right out of the gate from the likes of Stereogum, Ones to Watch and Wild Honey Pie. As he took the project on the road, the track generated over a million streams within a few months. Gearing up for the March release of his debut full-length Stay Wild, SONTALK shared follow-up single “Baby, I’m Gone,” which fuses a stark and soulful vocal with a sinewy acoustic guitar and glitchy beat. Upon its release Rolling Stone declared the track one of their Best Songs of the Week. Initially hinting at the expanse of LeMay’s sonic world, the conversation has just begun for SONTALK.
