Terry Allen is a visual artist and songwriter who was raised in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Chouinard Art Inst. in Los Angeles and has worked as an artist & musician since 1966. For the third year in a row Terry Allen and his infamous Panhandle Mystery Band, featuring: Lloyd Maines, Richard Bowden, Bukka Allen, Bale Creek Allen, Davis McLarty, Glen Fukunaga, Charlie Sexton, and Shannon McNally filled the Paramount Theatre with a night of surprises and new songs on Saturday, January 18th. Some of which he debuted right here in Studio 1A! Terry Allen lives and works in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with his wife, actress and writer, Jo Harvey Allen.
