Austin dream-poppers the Wild Now are back with Afterglow, a follow-up EP to last year’s Tides. David Beck of Blue Healer (and formerly of Sons Of Fathers) produced most of the songs, while Max Frost produced and co-wrote the title track. “Afterglow” finds the band moving firmly in a clubbier direction, pushing electronic beats inside a sleek, synth-fueled atmosphere.
