Bon Iver Brings Transgender Issues to Centerstage on World Tour

Bon Iver kicks off their world tour this week in support of their new album 22, A Million. In conjunction with the tour, the group announced 2 A Million: a campaign to raise support, awareness, and “person-to-person connections in an effort to end gender inequality, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.” Bon Iver will be partnering with local nonprofits in every city on their tour, setting up a station to take donations and answer questions about transgender life and issues. But you don’t have to be at a Bon Iver show to donate to the 2 A Million campaign. If you want to contribute, text 2AM to 56512. (Fact Mag)
