ACL Lineup Layout Augmentations Announced
The ACL 2016 lineup has been announced, and it’s quite a doozy. LCD Soundsystem, Willie Nelson, Kendrick Lamar, LL Cool J, Flying Lotus, and for the first time ever, Radiohead are among the dozens of groups slated to play the festival this year. 3-day passes went on sale at 10AM this morning, starting at $255. $100 single-day passes will go on sale later this summer after ACL announces the day-by-day lineup. There are also two big changes to the festival layout itself: the Kiddie Limits stage will be moved to the Barton Spring Rd entrance in a much shadier location. Oh, and that stage by the Rock Island and craft beer tent that’s just never big enough? It’s being upgraded too, becoming the same size as the second-tier stages.
