A former pupil of Anton Nel, pianist Artina McCain is an active solo and chamber performer, educator, and lecturer. She performs internationally, is an Assistant Professor of Piano at Texas Lutheran University Seguin, TX and on the keyboard faculty at the University of the Incarnate Word, and directed several grant supported initiatives to bring outreach concerts to school children called Raise the Bar.
McCain is performing at the Austin Chamber Music Center Black Composers Concert on February 28th. It starts at 4PM and its FREE.
