Bedouine stopped by Studio 1A to perform a few songs after her Levitation Festival show. Her gentle voice, thoughtful lyrics, and sweet melodies have all fueled her success. Bedouine is currently an NPR Slingshot Artist for 2018, and NPR just released her Tiny Desk Concert. Azniv Korkejian told us about how her various travels have inspired her art, and that she even lived in Texas for a year in 2006 attending The University of Texas at Austin.
