Country music has never been short of famous musician couples, and Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis are the reigning country music couple of Austin. The pair has been married for almost two decades, and they have had blossoming solo careers for just as long. Robison has written three No. 1 Billboard Country Hits, while Willis’s singing career has been long and successful. Though they have been playing music together for years, their album “Cheater’s Game” marks their first official collaboration on a full-length record. The album is unabashedly country, with six fantastic songs written by Robison, and the rest covers of a range of musicians including Robert Earl Keen and Hayes Carll.
