David Halley 12.2.16

It might be 22 years since Austin singer-songwriter David Halley put out a record but you wouldn’t know it from listening to his new album, A Month of Somedays, released on December 2nd. The new work is a true return to form and a perfect example of what makes good Americana music so poignant. The songs are stripped down but brimming full of emotion thanks to David’s graceful guitar and formidable voice. A seasoned veteran of the Austin music scene, Halley appeared in Austin City Limits performances dating back to 1983 and shared the stage with legends like Townes Van Zandt, Butch Hancock, and Jimmie Dale Gilmore.
