Austin band East Cameron Folkcore returns with their latest project Better Off, a soulful and energetic project that is a cornucopia of genres. All kinds of instruments are used, and it is all backed by Jesse Moore’s raw vocals. Over the course of the record, their sound can fall into the sultry blues sound of tracks like “Darling What Went Wrong,” or dive into folk-punk chaos on tracks like “Better Off.” Check out our Studio 1A session with them right here, but you can also go to their album release party at Empire Control Room this Saturday, September 24.
