New York band, Hospitality recently stopped by the studio to give us a charming performance of songs off their new album, Trouble (Jan. 2014). Their specific brand of pop-rock is simple and wide-eyed, but rich with unique beats and unexpected guitar phrasings making it curious and interesting. Amber Pampini’s voice is youthful, tender, and completely endearing. Trouble‘s exterior is a bit harder than that of their freshman album, Hospitality (2012), but still deals a lot with questions surrounding vulnerability: when to play it cool versus when to let yourself go in love. Listen to the album or buy it here to decipher Pampini’s answer. Also, check out their live performance with us RIGHT HERE!
