Two of Austin’s heavyweights Israel Nash and The Bright Light Social Hour have teamed up for a new EP entitled Neighbors. Although this is a short EP, it feels like a lovely, lengthy cruise down some desert roads. This EP takes the roots of Americana music and filters it through this heavy, psychedelic vibe that these two artists are known for. Elements of each group shine through, but also compliment each other very well. This is a must listen for any Austin music fan, or any music fan in general. They stopped by Studio 1A for Trina Quinn’s last Studio 1A session, and you can listen to it in full here. Neighbors comes out on November 4th, and they will be performing at Waterloo on November 17th!
