Jarabe de Palo, the pop-rock band out of Spain, is back in Austin once again!
Active since the mid-90’s, Jarabe de Palo creates an upbeat pop-rock-funk fusion with elements of flamenco, Afro-Caribbean, Cuban and Brazilian music, as well as an occasional touch of stark jazz and blues. Featuring Jaime Burgos on piano and guitarist Pau Donés on congas as well. Throughout their 20-year run, Jarabe de Palo has collaborated with names both old and new and won many awards, most recently receiving three nominations for the Latin Grammy for their latest album Somos.
