Singer-songwriter Nataly Dawn might be best known as half of indie duo and YouTube sensation Pomplamoose. Dawn and fellow singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jack Conte joined forces to create Pomplamoose while they were students at Stanford in 2008. The group’s “videosongs” (unadorned videos of performances without lipsyncing) of both originals and covers took off on YouTube and brought them instant worldwide attention. Nataly Dawn launched her solo career in 2009, releasing a collection of her earlier work, appropriately titled Her Earlier Stuff. This past February, she released her debut album, How I Knew Her, which she filled with the indie pop/folk that her fans have come to know and love.
