Formerly Paul Banks & the Carousels, AKA SUPERMOON, P.T. Banks is a dreamy soul pop group from Austin, TX led by songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Paul Banks, with bassist/multi-instrumentalist Christopher Cox and percussionist Matthew Shepherd. Voices as hauntingly beautiful as Paul Banks’ are rare pleasures to hear. Like some spectral singers before him (Roy Orbison and Jeff Buckley come to mind), Banks’ spell casting vocals can transform any venue into a moonlit reverie.
