Nashville-based rock group Savoy Motel musit be some kind of rock music time machine, because they’re bringing sounds from the 70’s into the present and making them their own. Their funky, gritty, slightly psychedelic sound stands out among a sea of contenders. Formed in 2014 at the now defunct LHB Studios by producer/bassist Jeffrey Novak, vocalist/drum machine operator Jessica McFarland, guitarists Mimi Galbierz and Dillon Watson, Savoy Motel is making their mark on the contemporary rock scene.
