Studio 1A Sessions

Scott H. Biram 7.25.17

Posted by on Jul 26, 2017

Scott H. Biram might be a one man band, but he ain’t just one thing; he’s a little bit country-blues, a little bit punk rock and a whole lot of attitude. Born in the Heart of Texas, Biram dabbled with a punk band and shacked up with a few bluegrass groups before settling down in the late ’90s in Austin as a “dirty old one man band”. He quickly became infamous for his relentless performing style, once even playing a show wheelchair-bound following a head on collision with a truck. Biram brings this rock n’ roll, devil may care sensibility to his latest release The Bad Testament. The record rides the line between sin and redemption, love and loss, blues and Americana. A master of instruments, the album features his tell-tale hollow-body guitar with the addition of drums and rustic vocal duets thickening up the sound. Scott H. Biram brought his unique presence to Studio 1A ahead of his the Wine Down at 3ten. Check out the full session below!
