For the past 20 years, brothers Kevin and Michael Bacon have squeezed a second life as rock ‘n’ rollers into their immensely successful careers in Hollywood. Drawing on their shared childhood listening to the rock and soul of their native Philidelphia, The Bacon Brothers have recorded 8 studio albums including their latest The Bacon Brothers. Like their previous recordings, this new album falls squarely on the rock side of the Americana spectrum with songs like “Tom Petty T-Shirt” paying homage to that rock concert you just can’t forget. During their visit to Studio 1A Kevin Bacon shared their inspiration behind the album and how he and his brother first started making music.
