Wild Nothing 5.17.16

Wild Nothing came to life back in 2009 when frontman Jack Tatum was still a student at Virginia Tech. After gaining some attention for a Kate Bush cover Tatum took the momentum and grew his reverb laden 80s pop sound into a full touring band with a brand new record. The new album, Life of Pause, capture the band’s full formed synthy-pop dreams similar to Mac DemarcoThe Smiths & The Cure.

Last night, the group played to a sold out crowd over at the Mohawk, but fortunately for us, they stopped by for an early morning at Studio 1A before continuing on their world tour. Check out and enjoy their performance of a few new tracks from Life of Pause.
