Wiretree is bringing their own take on the indie rock music scene back to Austin.
While initially a solo project, the local Austin group has added members since its start in 2007. Reminiscent of The Shins and The Smiths, Wiretree utilizes simple but engaging rock melodies that perfectly accompanies their main singer Kevin Peroni. They have just re-released their debut album, Bouldin, on vinyl and you can catch them at the Empire Control Room next Saturday, September 19th.
