This is one of those shows that makes it all worth staying out late for on a Monday night. Cheer Up Charlie’s has teamed up with The Nothing Song to host a fabulous show to start off the week, featuring four local bands bringing all manner of mind-warping psych, wild and wicked surf rock, and experimental music.
The night starts out with The Astronaut Suit (featured on today’s Austin Music Minute), followed by Telepods, Attic Ted, and Machete Western performing at the witching hour. It’s all tonight at Cheer Up’s, 900 Red River, at 8 p.m. Treat yourself to some lovely Monday-night madness. Recommended.
