You Are My Sunshine

If you happened to catch KUTX‘s John Aielli this morning (or read up on the good stuff at a certain Twitter account), you know what to do. When you’ve got Rattlesnake Milk, it’s time for a rattlesnake shake.

Do512 and Alamo Drafthouse’s Sound & Cinema series provides an extra-special pairing of film screenings with performances by excellent local artists. Tonight, setting the mood for a viewing of O Brother, Where Art Thou is an Austin Music Minute favorite, country rock/cowpunk hoodlums Rattlesnake Milk. It’s just the thing to get you ready for them Soggy Bottom Boys. Head on out to The Long Center, 701 W. Riverside Dr. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the band plays at 7:30 p.m. before the screening.

‘For that you sold your everlasting soul?’ ‘Well, I wasn’t usin’ it.’  This one comes highly recommended.
