Currently on a cross-country trip to the Joni Jam at Hollywood Bowl, Carmel is stopping in Austin to chat with KUTX’s Taylor Wallace and share stories from her project – The Road to Joni, a special 10-episode series celebrating the legacy of the ultimate SHERO: Joni Mitchell, who turns 81 in November. The SHEROES special feature talks with musicians influenced by Joni such as Brittany Howard, Lucius, esperanza spalding, Natalie Merchant and many more.
